The hotel was incredibly beautiful, with reasonably large and impressive rooms. The property's location was remote, near by restaurants. It was also so close to both the airport and excellent area resturaunts, Charlotte for a short time on business, and downtown.

my recent romantic stay at residence inn was exceptional. surpassing my previous experience in charlotte, the hotel's modernity, cleanliness, and excellent customer service stood out. i will definitely return when everything is back to normal.

I loved everything about my stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. They even gave us a discount on an additional night due to a minor hiccup. The hotel had a home-like feel and was very clean. The facilities were top-notch and the location was convenient to the airport and nearby restaurants. The breakfast had a variety of options, including chicken and turkey sausage for those who don't eat pork. The staff was excellent, and the hotel had a beautiful saltwater pool. The airport shuttle drivers were friendly and timely.

I liked both wake-up service and very comfy bed. The location was marvellous, the staff was really helpful. Also, it was 1 mile from Compass Group. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Charlotte...

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport and had an exceptional experience. The location was convenient, with several great restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen area, which was a bonus. The staff was friendly and offered helpful restaurant suggestions. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and a variety of sausage options, which I appreciated. The hotel also had a saltwater pool, which was a nice touch. I was very impressed with the hotel and its home-like feel.

The only downside was the noise from a party in the event room during my stay.

Staff was top-class and hotel is fairly clean and incredibly beautiful! Our studio suite was comfortable and perfect with very comfy beds. We liked spending 1 night here.
